The Wild Kitchen & Bar at Cefn Coed

Tucked within our ancient woodland between the mountains and the Mawddach, the Wild Kitchen & Bar is where fire, flavour, and the landscape meet.
Each weekend, the scent of oak smoke drifts through the trees as we fire up the oven for our artisan, wood-fired pizzas — hand-stretched, slow-fermented, and inspired by the wild around us.

Our small-batch menu changes with the seasons, featuring ingredients that celebrate the richness of Eryri — wild herbs, local honey, aged cheeses, and house-made sauces full of depth and character. Pair your pizza with a drink from the bar and settle in by the firepit, or wander over to meet our curious llamas, heritage-breed goats, and sheep as the sun sets over the valley.
