Eden, our onsite wild kitchen & bar, is a celebration of seasonal cooking, open fire, and untamed flavour. Inspired by the land around us, we cook with locally sourced and foraged ingredients — from wild garlic and nettles to smoky oak-fired tomatoes and hot honey. Our sourdough pizzas are wood-fired over kiln-dried oak, our charcuterie is crafted from the same larder as our kitchen, and every plate reflects a connection to place and season.
Behind the bar, you’ll find local ales, small-batch craft beers, and hand-shaken cocktails made with fresh herbs, fruits, and wild infusions — all chosen to complement the food and the setting.
At its heart, Eden is about gathering — a place where food brings people together, where stories are shared over the fire, and where community is nourished as deeply as appetite.
Whether you're gathered by the fire, enjoying a drink at the bar, or sharing a table under the trees, Eden is a space to slow down, eat well, and taste the wild.
